​​Purpose:​​ Lock the card sequence to prevent tampering.
Encrypt the shuffled deck to generate a ​​Fairness Code and ​​Ciphertext​​.

​​Purpose:​​ Prove zero tampering during dealing.
Decrypt the Ciphertext using the Key derived from the Fairness Code to reveal the complete deck sequence.
